PTSO 12/10 Pancake with Santa Update
Due to an extraordinary amount of tickets purchased we will not be able to accept any more reservations. At this time we will be making some adjustments to the timeline of our Pancake Breakfast with Santa. In order to ensure a fun, comfortable, and safe environment we are splitting the Pancake Breakfast into two time frames.
Pre k-2nd grade (8am-10am)
3-5th grade (10:30am-12pm)
*Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting paid reservations for the Pancake portion.
We still hope you and your family come out during either timeframe listed above to write a letter & take a free picture with Santa*
Please make every effort possible to come during your designated time frame. This will ensure we have enough space and remain in compliance with capacity limits for our cafeteria. We understand this is an adjustment to the original information that was put out and will make every effort to accommodate those that cannot attend during their designated timeframe. Families with children in multiple grades may choose which time frame works best for them.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The PTSO wants this event to be a huge success and with your help and cooperation we can make this happen.
