Wheeler Elementary is starting our after-school special interest clubs here on campus for the 4th quarter for interested students in grades K-5. Students will be enrolled in a club in the order that their completed Google form was received. Completing this Google form does not guarantee your child enrollment in his/her requested club. If your requested clubs are full you will be placed on the waiting list. If you have more than one child at WE, you will need to complete one Google form for each child. After you complete the form, click on "Submit Another Response" and you will be able to complete additional forms for each child.
