Announcement: October SCC Meeting notice in the Transition Room upstairs of B Bldg. 10/21 @2:20 pm

WE encourage you to participate in our Student Council Spirit week on 9/29 - 10/3. Get ready to get dressed and have fun!

Please bring lawn chairs or a blanket and join us for dinner and the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, on our Wheeler Elementary School Lawn. We will have food trucks and our PTSO will be selling hot dogs and meal deals.

Please return your Federal Impact Aid (Federal Survey) forms as soon as possible. Each filled form makes a difference in federal funding for our school.

Aloha Wheeler Ohana, just a memo to let you know that our lunch menu on Tuesday, 9/9/25 will be switched from fish sandwich to hamburger sandwich.

Wheeler Elementary is starting our after-school special interest clubs here on campus for the 2nd quarter for interested students in grades K-5. Students will be enrolled in a club in the order that their completed Google form was received. Completing this Google form does not guarantee your child enrollment in his/her requested club. If your requested clubs are full you will be placed on the waiting list. If you have more than one child at WE, you will need to complete one Google form for each child. After you complete the form, click on "Submit Another Response" and you will be able to complete additional forms for each child.

To our Super Hero parents and guardians who have not yet filled out a lunch application for each of your children. We would truly appreciate your assistance with filling out a form (online through the EZ Meal App is preferred) as these funds can help us with financial assistance for programs such as tutoring and after school clubs. Using the online app is much faster and more convenient than filling out the paper form. Every application makes a difference. Thank you so much!! ❤️

Our PCNC is hosting a Brewing Connections event on Tuesday, August 26th from 8:15 - 9:15 a.m. Meet other families, enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation.

Our PTSO is having their first meeting on Thursday 8/13 @ 1:30 pm. Meeting will be held in the transition center, upstairs of Building B. Mahalo!

We're so excited to welcome you back for the new school year! To help everyone get ready, please join us for our Meet and Greet on Friday, August 1st. This is a fantastic opportunity for students and parents to find their classrooms, meet their teachers, and get familiar with our school environment before the first day.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we suggest:

• Students with last names A-K: Please visit classrooms from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
• Students with last names L-Z: Please visit classrooms from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.

We also highly encourage you to bring your classroom supplies with you to the Meet and Greet. This will help make the first day of school even smoother for our students and teachers!
