The shortest month has come and gone and wow what an incredible month it has been. In just 28 days we have had a successful basketball event, a 5th grade Science Fair and a 1st grade Chinese New Year Parade! With field trips to plays, the fire stations and urban garden we’ve been really busy. Also our robotics team showed off their skills at Windward Mall. Wow!
We even had some of our students interviewed on KITV4 news as they participated in Agriculture and Environment Awareness Day (check it out from our @wheeler_elem twitter account) and a 3rd grader earned a statewide Reading Achievement Award.
